This course, much like Jessica’s others, is exceptionally well-structured and incredibly easy to navigate. She has masterfully detailed the process of creating and using these edible embellishments. Her work is truly inspiring, and I now feel more confident and eager to conjure up some magic of my own with the knowledge I've gained from this course. Thank you immensely, Jessica!

FAQ

  • Is the equipment required expensive?

The tools I recommend for this course are carefully selected to help you achieve the best results, at the same time I understand that costs can be an issue. The most expensive tool I purchased for one of the techniques was £40, and that was a second-hand item. (You can even find a brand-new, mini version of this tool for around the same price!) Brand new in full size will cost around £100 if you prefer shiny new things. The cost of the other tools is considerably less. The next one being around £20-£25 (brand new) and all others around £5-£15, the exact ones and number being down to your own discretion. I have used these tools myself time and time again over many years. It is worth remembering that the tools can be used for many other purposes, including wafer paper. In fact many of you may even own some of this equipment, already! I suppose if you compare the expense to the price of the ingredients of one cake! I feel that's more than a fair investment. Investing in the right tools combined with the skills is invaluable and will enable you to achieve outstanding results and get the most out of your cake decorating journey.
